Finca Don Miguel has been cultivating coffee since 1980 including a small production of the Geisha variety. When Jose Angel Diaz inherited this farm from his father in 1998, one of the first things he did was to re-name the farm after his father - the person who taught him everything he knows about maintaining the farm and growing coffee. Finca Don Miguel is located in the Acosta province of the Tarrazu region in Costa Rica.Jose experimentation with using the natural process for his coffee allows him to showcase the complexity of the coffee's cup profile. He hopes everyone enjoys its unique quality and he looks forward to producing more microlot quality coffee in the years to come.
